So You Think You Can Tumble?


In this blog I will take everything I have taught you about tumbling and put it into one final blog post about tumbling sequences. Depending on your tumbling level, those are the types of tumbling skills you can put into you tumbling sequence. There are different types of tumbling sequences, there are sequences you do with jumps, with the dance, partner tumbling, and running tumbling. However running tumbling is the most common. Running tumbling is where you start in either of the two diagonals of the mat and do your tumbling sequence to the other corner of the mat. Partner tumbling is where you do the exact same tumbling sequence with a partner or a trio. Tumbling sequences can be of anything you know how to do and is in the criteria of your level. Some examples would be a round off back handspring tuck. A round off back handspring full, front punch, layout. Or anything you want it to be.
