Superhero Movies

 

A few years ago I realized that one of my favorite movie genres is super hero movies. I never would have thought that a girl whose favorite movies are chic flicks, actually like super hero movies. Before this I had always thought that super hero movies were just for the nerdy kids that were way to into these movies that they read comic books then dressed up like the characters when they saw the movie. Maybe these people are still around, but there has been a lot more people filing into movie theaters to see super hero movies. In fact many of the top super hero movies have even broke the record for most views in a weekend, and many have even hit the top of the movie list.

 

For me I have seen almost all of the Marvel super hero movies, and I still want to see, Captain America and the Winter Solider, Thor 2, and many other that recently came out in theaters, I think the biggest reason why I love super hero movies is because of the action aspect of the film. There is always something going on, some battle to be won, or some villain to be taken down. There is never a dull moment in these movies, so I think that’s why so many people like these types of films. Usually I’m not a fan of watching movies where people get killed, but in many super hero movies you don’t actually see the actual killing, and if you do it goes along with the part in the movie, and just makes sense with the flow of the movie.

Another reason why I like super hero movies is because they take you to a world where super heroes exist, while taking you out of this world. This is so cool because all of these worlds connect together. All of the details from one movie connect with similar details from another. When watching one movie you might hear something that the characters talked about in another movie. I just like that all of the movies are connected and you can see how all of the movies connect in one way or another.

 

In conclusion, if you have never seen a super hero movie because you don’t think that its your type of movie, I would recommend watching at least one, because you never know you might just love them!
